The customer chose an established contractor to digitize the manufacturing risk handling process. Prior to development, the Loovatech team analyzed problems and tasks set by the holding company's management. They decided to create a mobile app for employees and a web console for engineering management. The product is available to all employees and is particularly effective for large-scale manufacturing. Specifications were developed, and the design and development teams began their work.
The MVP was launched in the fifth month, with pilot versions of the mobile app released on AppStore and Google Play.
