— case
A Loovatech customer wanted to start a Cash & Carry hypermarket business. Cash & Carry is a wholesale trade for members, for resellers and businesses like cafes, restaurants and small shops. They planned a mobile app for the new chain, with the first hypermarket in region. The customer wanted a convenient, beautiful, modern app for their retail brands.
Big food company with many products and brands. They make and sell food in all big stores in region. They also have their own stores of different types and sizes.
— major goals
Loovatech made a mobile app for the customer. It works on Android and iOS with one code. It connects with the customer's IT systems and EDF providers.
The production took about 6 months and concluded before the opening of the hypermarket chain.
The customer's hypermarkets are stores for stores that allow both legal entities and individuals to buy goods with a QR code from the mobile app. The app also shows purchase history, enables EDF, and generates documents automatically. One account can have multiple legal entities and representatives.
The success of the app allowed it to spread to other retail chains.
The pilot version of the mobile app met all requirements and exceeded expectations, with an asymmetric encryption algorithm used to secure user data.
Mobile app works well in hypermarkets, ready for scaling to other areas.
